Your Newest Home for Celebrations, Bistro Ibarra

With almost 20 years in the business, IBARRA’S has already built its legacy in the catering industry.

Through those years, the catering expert has gained the trust of its patrons in serving the finest and luscious cuisines brought by culinary expertise.

Of course, one cannot simply enjoy Ibarra’s signature dishes without initially booking an event. Fortunately, in December 2018, Ibarra’s has finally ventured into the restaurant business.

BISTRO IBARRA, a casual dining restaurant serving Spanish-Filipino menu, opened its first branch at Acienda Designer Outlet in Silang, Cavite.

This two-story establishment has a capacity of 45 pax on the ground floor and 30 pax on the 2nd floor, which you can rent for small gatherings or intimate celebrations.

With its simple yet homey vibe, customers got to experience Ibarra’s ala carte dishes and food bundles for the first time.

Some of the best sellers are: Pinakabet with Boneless Bangus, Beef Kare-Kare and Crispy Pata Bawang.

The success of its 1st branch paved the way for setting up subsequent branches in other locations.

The 2nd branch opened in September 2019 and quickly gained regular customers.

Located at the 2nd level of Vista Mall Taguig, this time, Ibarra’s created a little tropical paradise with its gram-worthy interiors, with a dining area that can accommodate up to 70 pax.

It also introduced new food items which are currently exclusive to their Taguig branch, such as: Lumpiang Habhab, Callos à la MadrilenaPaella Martin & Lecheese Flan.

Ms. Korina Sanchez has also visited the branch and gave its Facebook fans a quick tour of the dining area, as well as the kitchen, when she hosted a Facebook Live.

Among her favorites are: Ukoy, Pork BBQ on Stick, Paella, Beef Kare-Kare, Pinakbet with Boneless Bangus and Tortang Talong.  You can watch the full video here.

A sure-fire hit to the Pinoy palate, Bistro Ibarra offers scrumptious comfort food that are best enjoyed with a group.
